Intro to Yoga
Are you interested in learning about the practice of yoga? Would you like to start experiencing the benefits of a practice that meets you where you are, and offers support for physical and mental wellness both on and off the mat? Have you taken a few classes and want a deeper, more personal understanding of yoga’s history and benefits? Join us for a 4-week exploration of yoga, a practice with roots in South Asia that explores breath, movement, ethics, and concentration. Each class will begin with conversation around the week’s theme, followed by 45 to 60 minutes of beginner practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
When: Thursdays, March 9th-30th, 7:45-8:45am OR Thursdays, March 16th-April 6th, 5:30-6:30pm

Join Dana Dose RDN, CDCES and Lisa Fligor MS, RDN as they discuss Keto Diet and Plant-Based Diets- two seemingly opposing approaches to nutrition, with evidence to support (and refute) each. Gain insights on these diets and the methods Registered Dietitians use to weigh evidence and personalize strategies. Come with an open mind and curious attitude!

Raising Healthy Eaters-Toddler Edition
Nourishing a toddler is tough! Do you ever wonder if you're 'doing it right' or curious on how to do it better?
Join us for a one hour class, plus a 30 minute question and answer period covering these topics:

- Nutrients of concern and foods to focus on
- Cracking toddler-code around food
- Intuitive eating for kids
- Tips for managing meal time battles
- Milk guidelines for the toddler years
