Rachel Roberts is a Customer Care Navigator and Performance Coach/Personal Trainer at Tahoe Forest Center for Health. She recently moved to Truckee from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Rachel loves being outside either mountain biking or skiing. Previously, Rachel worked as the Coaching Development and Performance Center Coordinator and Strength and Conditioning Coach at the National Strength and Conditioning Association in Colorado Springs, Colorado where she worked with a multitude of different athletes from 8 year old soccer players to 87 year old weekend warriors.
She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F).
Rachel earned her Bachelors in Wellness Science and Fitness and Masters in Strength and Conditioning Studies at Arkansas Tech University.
