Each April, the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence highlights Alcohol Awareness Month. The goal of the month is to help increase awareness and understanding of alcoholism, its causes, effective treatment and also recovery. Even if you don't think you have a problem, small changes can help you prevent it from actually becoming a problem.
We encourage you to try an alcohol free weekend in April: Pick any weekend, Friday-Sunday, and see how it makes you feel!
