One of the most important goals at Tahoe Forest Health System is to engage with our community about the many health care services we offer, which are carefully designed to meet the needs of you and your family. In this first issue, be sure to read the details about our brand new designation as a Level 3 Trauma Center - this important announcement comes after several years of preparation by our dedicated team, and while we’ve always offered 24/7 care in our emergency departments at Tahoe Forest and Incline Village Community Hospitals, we’re prepared at all times for advanced level trauma life support and more.
Also new is advanced orthopedic technology, the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution for knee surgery, which allows our highly skilled orthopedic physicians to perform knee replacements with digital precision and customized accuracy. This is state-of-the-art technology close to home.
