Here’s how it works:

“Thank you for calling Tahoe Forest Hospital Therapy Department.

Are you calling about an appointment?”

You say “Yes”

A Representative will help you make or change your appointment.

You say “No”

“Thanks. Are you calling for a referral or authorization, billing, clinic information, a therapist or the front desk?”

You say “Referral” or “Authorization”

A representative will answer all your questions about your referral or insurance authorization.

You say “Billing”

A representative will answer all your questions about your bill or payment options.

You say “Clinic Information”

After choosing the clinic you are interested in, you will be given their address, office hours and fax number.

You say “Therapist”

You will leave a message for your therapist and they will return your call the same business day.

You say “Front Desk”

After choosing the clinic, you will be transferred to the front desk representative.
