Michelle has specialized in orthopedic physical therapy since earning her Master of Physical Therapy in 2000. She has advanced training in manual therapy techniques, functional dry needling, functional movement assessment, ACL and total joint rehabilitation, treatment of young athletes, and managing difficult shoulders.
Using an integrative approach, Michelle incorporates manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, functional and sports-specific activity training, kinesiotape and modalities in her practice. Michelle believes in a collaborative rehabilitation process that emphasizes patient education and empowerment.
She enjoys working with top athletes, weekend warriors and desk jockeys of all ages, assisting them in returning to optimal health and the activities they love.
