We like Dr. Oleg Vayner. He has seen our daughter a few times and has always been practical, good at explaining everything, and kind.

He was pleasant. As a single experience with this doctor, I would not categorize him or his services poorly. The 3 mark should indicate neutral. We have generally always had very positive experiences.

Where to begin? This was the worst experience I've ever had with a pediatrician. He was aloof, condescending, and uninterested in my children.
