Profile
Julie received her masters and doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University graduate program in physical therapy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she also ran cross-country and track and field.
As a physical therapist, she has worked in various settings including inpatient rehab, ergonomics and home health, but has spent the majority of her career working in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Julie completed the Kaiser Advanced skills long-term course in orthopedics, and she is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. She believes in using a combination of manual therapy, exercise and education to restore balance and improve movement patterns.
In her free time, Julie enjoys running, biking and skiing.
