Cancer Care

With over 20 years in management, Derek Baden joined the Tahoe Forest team in 2021. Derek has a background as an oncology service line administrator, oncology clinical manager, inpatient clinical manager, critical care, ED and neurology. Derek began his journey in healthcare almost 15 years ago and graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University with a BSN and a Minor in Business. Derek has continued his education and is currently working towards a DNP in Executive Leadership.

In addition to healthcare, Derek has extensive experience in fundraising, and has served on numerous community boards.

When Derek isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his wife Shannon and daughter Hannah.
