Jonathan was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended the University of Nevada Reno and also graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1990 with a Doctor of Optometry degree. He moved to Incline Village, Nevada in 1993 and has been in private practice ever since. He married Amy in 1995 and they have two boys, Dylan and Ian. Jonathan has served on the IVCHF board since it was formed in 2004 because he believes that our hospital is a critical asset of our community. Through his own family experiences, he has become aware of just how important local high-quality healthcare is to his family and our entire community. He is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Incline Village and the Pastoral Council of St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Jonathan has a passion for sports and coached youth sports for many years and served on the North Tahoe Little League Board and AYSO Board. He enjoys spending time with his family, and loves to golf, ski, and go boating!
