Greetings Incline Village Community,
There are many announcements to make after an exciting and beautiful Tahoe summer. Earlier this year, our Foundation Board and IVCH Administration determined that one of the hospital’s greatest needs is upgrading the sterile processing machines that are used on a weekly basis following the surgical procedures that are performed at IVCH. Amazingly, as a result of our annual Lakefront Reception, the financial goal for achieving this latest project has already been realized. A tremendous amount of support was shown from Incline Village residents, and over the course of the summer, our Foundation raised $495,000 to purchase state-of-the-art sterile processing equipment. New equipment is the first step in a greater plan to expand surgical procedures offered at IVCH.
We are also thrilled to announce that seven-day-a-week care is starting at Incline Health Center. The list of providers continues to expand on the second floor of the hospital. Dr. Marshall Clyde (a native of Incline Village) is the latest doctor to join the team, allowing Incline Health Center to be open over the weekend for family medicine patients.
We hope you all have a wonderful and safe autumn. Please read on for more updates on better, fuller care available right here in Incline Village.
With Gratitude,
Karli Epstein, Executive Director IVCHF
