Nisha Bista

Nisha was born and raised in Nepal and moved to the United States in 2016 to study biology in college. After living in Alabama for four years, she moved to Reno where she got her MPH degree in epidemiology. As a QIP data analyst, she brings her quantitative skills to use and helps to track and analyze quality improvement incentives. She also assists in research and development of community outreach and quality improvement programs. She is very passionate about science, healthcare and population health. Nisha sees her role as an opportunity to give back to the community by ensuring that our patients get high quality care and are connected with available community resources.

Outside of work, she likes being outdoors, reading books, watching movies, going to Lake Tahoe in the summer and eating momos.
