STRESS REDUCTION Through Mindfulness-Based Meditation

The key points of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques will be taught and practiced. Through learning to focus on the present moment and mindful, non-judgmental awareness of body and mind, you will learn how to permanently change the way you handles stress.

Class is open to all ability levels and meditation experience is not necessary.

Wednesdays, beginning February 6, 2013, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  for 4 weeks.
$60 before January 29, 2013 - $70, after.
