Free Intro: Learn more about Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at a FREE introduction, Tuesday September 13, 5:30 - 7:30pm at TCHSP. Introduction class is free and open to walk-ins.
When: Tuesdays, 5:30 pm- 7:30 pm, September 20 - November 15, 2016 (no class Oct 18)
Plus Saturday Retreat, November 5, 9 am - 3 pm
Fee: New participants, $309
Includes workbook, guided meditation CD, day retreat and individual instruction
