Boot Camp is a 6-week exercise, weight-loss and lifestyle modification program with individual instruction and education geared toward your specific goals.
What you will get out of boot camp:

Early Registration: $175 TCHSP members, $200 non-members – After 1/4/13
Late Registration: $200 TCHSP members, $225 non-members – After 1/4/13
