Tahoe Forest Hospital District offers a safe and secure option for paying your hospital bills through our on-line bill pay feature. This feature works only from statements you receive in the mail. Any payments made through this website will be immediately reflected online and will post to your account on our next business day. Payments made through the mail or over the phone will not be reflected on this site until after you receive your next statement in the mail.

To Use Online Bill Pay

  1. Choose "Create an On-line Account" or "Pay without enrolling"
  2. Both options will ask for your "Account Number" located on the left upper side of your statement.

Reasons for message: "Account not found"

  1. Make sure you have entered you account number correctly.
  2. When entering an account number please remove any dashes
    Example: 1234657-10 , should be entered as 123456710
  3. This site also request your Zip code - this needs to be the Zip code on your statement
  4. You cannot make an online payment on a zero balance statement.
    Example: If you received a statement stating we billed your insurance and no payment is due from you at this time, you will not be able to make a payment online. When you receive a statement with a balance due you will then be able to access this option. Our statement cycle runs every 28 days.
